Mr. Eugene “Leo” White, President and CEO:  Prior to the creation of Leo’s Quad 1 Evolution International, LLC., Mr. White attended Central Missouri State University in his early years but felt the traditional classroom educational format did not suit his professional pursuits.  With a vision and purpose in his sights Mr. White abandoned the structured education model to pursue his professional dreams in a uniquely unorthodox manner. By independently studying and perfecting his knowledge in multiple areas of finance, engineering, and business operations, his vision of a multi-functional corporate conglomerate was born.  

 

With an appreciation for the entrepreneurial process, no job was to messy or difficult for him to tackle.  Leo’s hands on experience assisting in the growth of many existing franchise organizations allowed him to perfect the cradle to grave knowledge of the business industry in a very short time.  Armed with a fresh perspective and focus Mr. White used this knowledge to create a business model and become a force and presence in the professional business arena. 

 

With a clear understanding of when to follow and when to lead, he seamlessly uses his talent and passion to assist others in their professional growth and mentor youth so their path to business excellence will not experience the bumps and bruises of mainstream professionals.
